¿Cuál es nuestro Círculo de Amor?
La imagen de la derecha es un símbolo de nuestro programa CIRCLE OF LOVE. Por definición, un círculo es una línea curva con cada punto a la misma distancia del punto del centro y unidos por el interés común. El programa de siete puntos del CÍRCULO DEL AMOR está unido por el interés común: el AMOR.
El pequeño corazón en el centro está tomado del logo del programa HEART SPEAKS TO HEART. Al utilizar esta parte del logotipo y parte del programa Heart Speaks to Heart que es compatible con el Círculo del amor, se produce una transición sin problemas.
La Cruz y la Corona en el centro del corazón es el símbolo nacional de la Orden: las Hijas Católicas de las Américas.
Los siete puntos seleccionados indican las necesidades de la Iglesia y la comunidad mejor atendidas por las Hijas Católicas. El programa detalla estas necesidades con sugerencias sobre cómo las Hijas Católicas pueden servir eficazmente.
Las partes del programa "CIRCULO DE AMOR" se recopilan para ayudar a las Hijas Católicas a trabajar con la Iglesia y la comunidad. De hecho, somos muy conscientes de las necesidades de la sociedad que están afectando profundamente a la generación actual, a las personas mayores y a la vida humana. Para ser eficaces en la promoción de las buenas obras, debemos tender la mano y hacer una diferencia en la vida de quienes sufren, ya sea por su propia culpa o por las circunstancias en las que se encuentran. Si vamos a ser "las manos y los pies de Jesús" como se prometió en el Acto de Consagración durante la Ceremonia de Instalación, entonces debemos usar los talentos que Él nos dio, educarnos en nuevos campos, ofrecer nuestros servicios y asistencia financiera donde sea necesario.
Se solicita a los tribunales locales que seleccionen aquellas partes de los programas en las que sus miembros se sientan cómodos trabajando en su área. Si se seleccionan muchos proyectos, la tarea puede volverse onerosa y se logra poco. Los miembros deben experimentar la satisfacción cuando se completan los proyectos. Esto puede suceder cuando los tribunales son selectivos al elegir sus programas.
Muchas personas participaron en la formación del "Círculo de amor". La Junta Nacional, los miembros de la Oficina Nacional y los funcionarios estatales participaron en la adaptación final. Gracias a cada uno de ellos.

The image on the right is symbolic of our CIRCLE OF LOVE program. By definition, a circle is a curved line with every point equal distance from the point of the center and bound together by the common interest. The seven point program of the CIRCLE OF LOVE is bound together by the common interest - LOVE.
The small heart in the center is taken from the logo of the HEART SPEAKS TO HEART program. By utilizing this portion of the logo and part of the Heart Speaks to Heart program that is compatible with the Circle of Love, a smooth transition occurs.
The Cross and Crown in the center of the heart is the national symbol of the Order- the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
The seven points selected indicate the needs of the Church and community best served by the Catholic Daughters. The program itemizes these needs with suggestions on how Catholic Daughters can effectively serve.
The "CIRCLE OF LOVE" program portions of this Web site are gathered to assist Catholic Daughters in working with the Church and community. We are indeed very aware of the needs in society that are deeply affecting today's generation, the elderly and human life. To be effective in promoting good works, we must reach out and make a difference in the lives of those who are suffering, whether it be through their own fault or the circumstances in which they find themselves. If we are to be "Jesus hands and feet" as is pledged in the Act of Consecration during the Installation Ceremony, then we must use the talents He gave us, become educated in new fields, volunteer our services and financial assistance where needed.
Local courts are asked to select those portions of the programs that their members feel comfortable working on in their area. If many projects are selected, the task can become burdensome and little is accomplished. Members need to experience fulfillment when the projects are completed. This can happen when courts are selective in choosing their programs.
Many persons were involved in the formation of "Circle of Love". The National Board, members of the National Office and State Officers all had a part in the final adaptation. Thanks goes to each one of them.
